Our stay was very disappointing. The toilet in our suite was clogged upon arrival, and even after reporting it, the front desk handed us a plunger to fix it ourselves. Additionally, there was a lack of hot water during our entire stay, which made our shower experience extremely unpleasant. The overall maintenance and attention to issues seemed absent, leaving us quite frustrated.
